I had the good fortune of finding and using the services of Jeff Topham twice in Salt Lake City - when I purchased my home and when I sold it. I have lived in 8 states and moved 31 times in my adult life, buying and selling a number of homes, so I can tell you, with considerable perspective, that I've never had such a dedicated, honest, knowledgeable and hard working realtor in all my years of moving. If I were ever to move back to Salt Lake City, I assure you that I would be contacting Jeff to find a place to live. He went well above and beyond the call of duty when I had to quickly move back to Ohio. You would be well served by giving him a call.

The five stars across the board aren't just because he's going to see this review. Everything about working with Jeff was awesome, and I'm not sure quite how to describe it accurately. He's one of those guys who works super hard to get stuff done and help out his clients while maintaining an inexplicably cool demeanor at all times. It's this mysterious dichotomy that you have to experience to understand. He knows his stuff and gives it to you straight. We were one of four offers on the home, put in the day it went on the market. His suggestions for the offer won us the contract. We then had to do some crazy things to ensure that the sale went through, and my co-signing situation was complicated. There's no doubt in my mind that we wouldn't have made it happen without Jeff and his willingness to be flexible and work so hard for his clients. This review might sound a little less than serious, but I'm being real. I would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone else I know looking to purchase a home in the greater Salt Lake City area.
