Jeff went above and beyond the call to get the right place, and the right price for us. We are so happy in our home. I have reccommened him already to several friends. We looked at about 30 houses with Jeff. He never pressured us to put an offer on until we were ready, but nervous. After putting an offer on a house, we realized it would need more work, and he helped us feel comfortable about asking for a lower sale price after they had already accepted our offer. He helped us feel comfortable throughout the entire process of buying our first home.

Excellent experience. He was honest and helpful in giving us suggestions to getting our home ready for sale. He explained the process to us and even re-explained things when we weren't sure or forgot. He was kind and really became a friend during our process. We knew that he would be honest with us and tell us when things were or weren't working. We never felt like anything was hidden or brushed aside. He never pushed us into specific homes or styles. He was open to our ideas of what we wanted in a home and really accomodated us and our weird hours. If you ever want a realtor that really knows his stuff and is WONDERFUL, choose Jeff. Well worth any selling/buying experience you will ever have.

Jeff was instrumental in getting us into our home. He worked with us and showed us houses for 2yrs before we finally settled on the one we bought. He guided us through the whole process, explaining every detail and answering, what I am sure were our numerous and often stupid questions and never made us feel like we were wasting his time, even when we were sure we were. He helped us when deciding what to offer and counteroffer, what to ask to have fixed and then helped us close on our home in just over 2 weeks. He was always available, always helpful and really seemed to only want us to find our home. We love Jeff, and would recommend him to everyone.

Jeff was very knowlegable. He help us get to the point we needed to be to quailify for a house. During that time He continued to look and to keep us up to date with what was going on. There were four adults looking for one house and We did not always agree on the houses we were looking at. Jeff was always patient and understanding. He was very supportive and encouraged us to keep looking. We did find a house and Jeff helped Us through the prosses of buying it. He walked us through the process and helped us understand it all. With Jeffs help we were alble to get the house the wanted and understood the process of doing so.

My wife and I had spoken with a couple of different realtors and were not impressed enough to trust any of them with our journey to purchase a home. On day, while on Zillow, I saw a home that I wanted to see and it just so happen that Jeff was the realtor that met my wife and I there. We were very impressed with his knowledge and patience to explain the process of buying a home and the different types of homes that we would run into. We felt very comfortable from the very beginning and it has paid off as we enjoy our beautiful home today. He truely made it a memorable experience.

Jeff is what I would call relentless. He would not give up until he helped me buy a home even though I got discouraged a few weeks into the search. He was great at returning calls, letting me know about possible properties. He is extremely efficient, prompt with returning calls and texts, and guiding me through the process. He also referred me to a fantastic loan specialist who was just as efficient and hard working as Jeff. She was fantastic and fun to work with the process was nerve wracking but he kept things calm and continued to press on no matter how stressful things got. He is very forthcoming with info and takes the time to explain things. I will gladly refer him to friends and family or anyone who is interested. I was able to get a great home (that is within my budget) and I am loving it.

Jeff is very good and honest guy very helpful person he was my agent for couple times and i would like him to continue be my agent and honest friend. He helped a lot to my friends to and them fmily .So i would like to continue busines with Jeff bicause he is the best agent i ever have .He has a lot ideas for everything.Good job Jeff keep helping people.
